Whilst Pitfield London owner (and new TV star!) Shaun Clarkson is about to talk at Clerkenwell Design Week today, we’re all set for our event tomorrow!
Join us at Easton Regal Salon, 84 Clerkenwell Road, at 10am – 8pm to browse our pop up shop, listen or take part in open Q&As, and even book a portfolio review if you’re a budding interior designer.

Tweet tweet! The next exhibition to hit our gallery space is the wonderful illustrations of Louise West. A selection of stunning detailed watercolour paintings will be on display, alongside quirky brightly patterned works. ‘Common Birds in memory of Katy Cullis, 1892 – 1976′ opens this Monday 20th May and will run until 20th June.
Collaborative products for you to take home include a wallpaper, designed in-house, colourful bird mugs and a quirky motif tea towel.

On Thursday 23rd May (10am – 8pm) Creativepool and Clerkenwell Design Week present a Q&A and portfolio review with Pitfield London owner Shaun Clarkson. Save the date!

Throughout the day, Shaun will be available to answer general questions and you can listen to three interview sessions with Shaun and Creativepool (11am, 2pm, 5pm). Also on the agenda, are 1-2-1 portfolio reviews for budding designers looking for a big break and want some honest feedback and helpful career tips and advice.
If you’re a fan of Pitfield London, you’ll be pleased to know that we’re hosting a pop-up shop during the event at the fabulous Easton Regal hair salon, which will be open for business as usual so don’t walk out without a beautiful blow dry.

Pitfield London is owned by textile designer Paul Brewster and interior designer Shaun Clarkson (pictured above). Shaun is due to star in series 3 of Channel 4′s Four Rooms, which airs Monday 29th April, with Shaun’s episode showing on the Wednesday.

Happy April all!
We said goodbye to our first exhibition of 2013, Designersblock x Pitfield London, at the end of last month. The colourful madness that was 30+ designers from Designersblock fused with eclectic Pitfield products has been replaced with an inspiring vignette for the new season! Elsewhere, our window display is showcasing a spring cleaning theme with assorted pieces both practical and pretty!
Back to our exhibition gallery, you’ll find a stunning room set, which amalgamates investment furniture pieces with cheap and cheerful delights from a retro telephone to vintage ornaments and even some wacky taxidermy!

Next up in our exhibition gallery (from mid May) is a bird cluttered extravaganza! Illustrator Louise West will be displaying her beautiful sketches in an installation dedicated to birdies! Also on show will be a bright wallpaper, designed in-house, with Louise’s work and inexpensive mementos for all to enjoy! Choose a bright and cheery mug with bird illustration or even a lime green tea towel with owl and humorous slogan. Pitfield London owners Shaun Clarkson and Paul Brewster throw open the doors to their home this Friday 22nd March. Selected as an inspirational North London home, Livingetc readers and House Tour participants can step into the lives of Shaun and Paul, taking in their colourful, curiosity packed residence! See here for all the tour information. Funds raised on the tour go to the Crisis charity so it’s a worthy cause as well as great opportunity for design inspiration!
